Accommodation and offers Veisten Adventures

Pension Veisten was founded already in 1864 as a lodging place for travelers crossing a road between Oslo and Lillehammer. Veisten recently became famous again as a place of winter sled dog season: Here's where you can find 50-60 well-trained sled dogs of the Arctic Norwegian along with their coaches.

Veisten is also unique, charming, more than a century Norwegian-style guest house, where school-age children typically spend a nice time during the summer colony in these months of June, July and August. It is also a great place for family holidays of Christmas or Easter.

Dog sledding are the main attraction, however Veisten: Try! You will not regret!

Accommodation

Pension Veisten is prepared for the 35-five guest rooms, mostly in double rooms. We are also a couple of family rooms, and a few rooms with four poster beds-Suite. Veisten Landhotel is situated at the threshold of Jotunheimen
